Thank you already for all your prayers and thoughts for us. As of now, Friday morning 8am, surgery started. Janae has an aggressive cancer tumor (most likely originating from her right kidney) which is 6 and 1/2 inches in diameter. Her surgery just started and will last 4-5 hours. The doctor God has given her is terrific. He is going to try to do his best to remove it today if at all possible. He will have to take the kidney along with the tumor. The tumor may be too aggressive to remove without compromising all the other organs and major blood vessel it is pressing into. If he can't remove it today the next best route is to start chemo to shrink it and then in a couple months they would be able to take it out when it is smaller. Please pray with us that in the next four to five hours God will continue to give the doctors and attending help clarity of thinking, wisdom, and strength.&a mp;a mp;n bsp; Although Janae is completely under please pray for comfort for her. Please pray for comfort and strength for us and the other girls and pray we would continue to sense God's nearness as we overwhelmingly have already. He is good. We are So thankful for the peace that passes all understanding in our hearts. Psalms 138:8 The Lord will fulfill His purpose for me, your love oh Lord, endures forever, do not abandon the works of your hands. God has laid this verse on our hearts and we trust. We cry but we trust, funny dichotomy as a child of God, isn't it!! Thank you again! Your prayers minister to us. We appreciate all your offers of help. We are truly overwhelmed by the love you have expressed already.
